| Dean Johnson is the solicitor in charge of Probate and Wills at Philip & Co, and will take you through the whole process of preparing a Will and help establish Trust funds, appoint executors and guardians for any children under 18 if required. | ||
| Making a Will could not be easier. It normally takes a one hour to gather the details from a client to write the Will for client approval. It normally cost £60.00 (ex.VAT) for a single Will and £100.00 (ex.VAT) for a double or joint Will. This is a small price to pay to ensure the future of your family and friends | ||
| We recommend that you update your Will every five years, or when there are major changes in your life such as moving house, marriage, divorce or children. We will store your original Will and provide you with a copy so that you can refer to it whenever you wish to do so. | ||
